Swimming Pools, Lazy River & Hot Tubs
Destin West Beach & Bay Resort is split into two sections: Gulfside and Bayside. These areas are conveniently and safely connected by our Pedestrian Bridge, allowing easy access between both sides of the resort. All pools and the Lazy River are available to any registered guest with a wristband during their stay at Destin West Beach & Bay Resort.
Gulfside
Gulfside Condos and Villas provide convenient access to a spacious 5,000-square-foot lagoon-style swimming pool, just steps away from the stunning Gulf of Mexico. The area also features a large oversized hot tub and a kiddie pool. On rainy days, you can enjoy the covered pool near the Gulfside Condos. The walkway to the beach is conveniently located just outside the Gulfside Pool Deck, making it easy to access the shore.
Bayside
Bayside offers the 700-square-foot Lazy River, Waterfall Pool, Zero Entry/wading Pool allowing easy access to the Lazy River, and two oversized hot tubs. Osprey and Heron feature private pools right outside their doors for registered guests. The entire pool deck is gated and accessible only to guests with wristbands. Just steps away from the pools is Choctawhatchee Bay, where guests can discover local marine life along the picturesque walking path that follows the shoreline.
