Villa #PH5

Had a great stay at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. The resort is gorgeous with so many amenities. Villa Penthouse 5 is a very nice unit with many new features. My only disappointment was paying $1,275 more for a unit with a private hot tub that was not in full working order during the duration of our stay. Will certainly be back... Just in a different unit.

We stayed in the PH 5 villa. Location was perfect. It's a corner room so your patio area is a little bigger than everyone else's. The only bummer was that the hot tub wasn't working and they wouldn't come fix it or they didn't have the right part. I'm not sure but to their credit, they did reimburse me some money to make up for it. I enjoyed the roof at night more than anything. It's very calming with the constant breeze but there is a continuous train of traffic which I got used to. The king bed and bunk beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and stocked for cooking if you want. There is a short walk to the boardwalk where there are 4 or 5 nice restaurants. You can rent jet skies or boats by the hour directly across the street if you are on the beach side. Overall I am happy with our stay and will stay in that room again in the future.

We have stayed in this condo several times. We love it. The view is awesome. You can watch the the sunrise and sunsets from the rooftop. We cook at home a lot and a few casserole dishes would be a nice added touch. Both toilets leak,they need replaced. A handicapped toilet in one bathroom would be a good idea for the elderly. Otherwise Destin West great location.

it was a wonderful experience in spite of the bad weather. we have been coming here for several years. we stay in the same room, at the same time every year. we plan to continue this next year and years to come past that. thank you for the wonderful experience, could not ask for a better place to stay

This condo is a one bedroom king but just right for us. Nice living room furniture. The king size bed very comfortable. Great patio with a added bonus rooftop hot tub.

This has by far been our favorite unit at destin west! The views were spectacular, the unit was clean and tidy, pretty much stocked with anything you would need, and the hot tub on the roof was just amazing! This will definitely be our go to every year now!

We had a great experience with Destin West. This was our second stay here and this penthouse villa was amazing. Beautiful balcony and rooftop hot tub. The condo was clean and the bathroom was amazing with a jacuzzi tub and huge walk in shower. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable penthouse condo.

We enjoyed our stay at Destin West as we stay there every year. This is the first time in this unit. The Villa PH5 unit was very clean and updated as well as very convenient. Loved the views from the rooftop. We spent every evening up there. If there was one negative it would be the street noise. Being on the end by the 4 lane was the only drawback.

We had an amazing time at Destin West Resort. The facilities were clean and up to date. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! Very easy to work with and our flight got cancelled and they easily accommodated us for another night.

We love this location. Painting the property this year and had power washing going on around our vehicle and we ended up with paint chips all over . Paint dropped down on our car carrier rooftop that we had to store on the patio because we were told before arriving entrance was 8.2. . Actually it’s only 7ft in the parking garage. Sliding doors need work. Gaps to the outside. Lots of highway traffic noise in bedroom as well. Bed comfortable and nice living room furniture.

We enjoyed every part of staying here! The hot tub was our favorite at night! We stayed for our honeymoon and received a complimentary bottle of wine and glasses to keep! It was a wonderful experience and we will be returning! Will also be recommending to family and friends!

This is a lovely corner penthouse condo! Very nice furnishings and finishes. We loved it, loved the views from the rooftop hot tub at night and overall really enjoyed our stay. This is one of the more updated condos we have stayed in at Destin West.

extremely enjoyable, we loved it. the only thing that
was a little aggravating was the beach chairs were too close together in our opinion. it was hard to pass by
them to get to the water, other than that everything else was perfect.

This condo was beautiful! Between all the decor & all the new appliances. Had a great time staying here. This is our second trip staying with Destin West. Cody helped me so much on this trip. He gave me all the directions for check in & out. Was super nice! Looking forward to our next trip.
