This villa is located at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort on Okaloosa Island. The villa offers breathtaking views of Choctawhatchee Bay, Okaloosa Island, Destin, and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Rise early for a breathtaking sunrise or watch the fireworks over the Destin Harbor on special occasions. Located on the gulf side of the resort this unit is only steps away from the sugar white beaches.

The large private balcony is a great place to enjoy a peaceful breakfast in the morning or a romantic dinner in the evening. Stay entertained with the 37-inch flat screen HDTV, digital cable with HBO, DVD player, 19-inch TV in the bed area, and free high speed WI-FI. The full kitchen has everything you need including a refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner stove, convection microwave, a drip coffee brewer, filtered water, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. The Villa can sleep 4 with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious bathroom offers a large garden tub for relaxing soaks and a stand alone glass door shower for a quick rinse.

Villa 505 Guests enjoy Resort beach and bay access, 7 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, lazy river and fitness center.

This unit requires a minimum 3-night stay, and guests must be 25 years or older to book.

exceeded my expectations

I had an absolutely fantastic time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and given a map and property information. The villa was clean with a beautiful view of the Gulf and the Bay. The amenities provided were amazing, loved working out in the gym every morning and lounging by the pool.

The location was perfect, with The Boardwalk within walking distance. I enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. I will definately be back!

What a Peaceful Condo with a Great View

We came down for an anniversary and loved all the condos—features, location, and views. We had a great time and got much luckier than those who were in Helene's path. we were able to walk to everything.

Winter Vacation 2024

We had a great time for our 7 days in Destin West. The weather wasn't great, but the heated pools and jacuzzies made it worthwhile. 58*-60* most days made getting in the water a tough one, but staying on the beach and having access to other amenities' across the street were great. One of the best workout spaces I have had when traveling.

Great Location

We only stayed one night. The beach and pool offerings were very nice. The unit we stayed in needs general maintenance. The ceiling needs re-plastered and some of the bathroom could use some general touching up.

Perfect Little Get Away

I absolutely love Destin West. I visit at least twice a year. This condo did not disappoint. They have freshly painted the exterior. The amenities were great. We parked our vehicle in the free parking garage and didn’t have to drive it again until we left. The walkable distances to restaurants, shops, and the beach was fabulous. The bayside is also easy to access because there is a crossover. I would stay again.

Great location!

My family loved the location of Destin West. The room was clean. Staff was great and accommodating. We loved that the board walk was so close for dinner. Perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation!

Great Resort

Great stay!

Nice accommodations at Destin West Villas

The property was adequate for our needs. One thing we think could be improved upon was the beach umbrellas. It would have been nice if you reserved a spot for those who bring their own beach umbrellas and etc. The commercial umbrella providers took up every spot that was water front and much of the second row leaving those of us with our own umbrellas no good spot for set up. We did notice the added security in the covered parking area which we really liked. Also the security to the beach access was good to see. Also, in the room the bottom of the wall between the tub and shower had mold. That should be removed and perhaps a piece of tile should be added.

Destin 505 villa

Overall good, I did feel the staff could be more helpful in supplying towels, we had to go over the sky bridge to the main office to get towels. No housekeeping the entire week we were there so this was a on going issue. Minor cosmetic touch ups in the bathroom would be nice not a must but something that should be considered.
