Villa 308 is the perfect beach condo for a couple and family of 4. Located on the Gulf side at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort, this beachside studio includes gorgeous views of Okaloosa Island. This vacation rental includes a kitchenette, breakfast bar, two entertainment centers, and a private balcony. The bathroom includes a luxurious garden tub, extra hair dryer, and large walk-in shower. The condo is tiled throughout.

Enjoy free WiFi, daily linen exchange (upon request,) private patio, and tile floor throughout. Villa guests enjoy beach access and access to all of the tropical pools, spas and lazy river on both sides of the resort.

Wonderful place

Destin West Villa 308

We loved the resort, tha lazy river, the ocean, and the multiple pool options.
Our Studio Villa was a last minute rental, and was fine for the four of us.
The bed and sofa bed was comfy, and having a mini kitchen was handy - though we didn't cook, just cold lunches and microwaved breakfast sandwiches. The microwave being a convection oven was a nice surprise, we should have used it!
It would have been nice to have beach towels, but luckily it was hot enough that you really didn't need them.
One member in our party uses a wheelchair and the resort was pretty accessible.
Okaloosa County even has a free beach wheelchair program that we used one day.
I would definitely stay at this resort again - just booking further in advance so to have more choices available.

nice and clean

place was very nice clean just what we needed. view was just ok but we new before we booked. we met our grandkids who had ocean front room. location was great. walking distance to the pier and restrants

Family Vacation

the only thing we didn’t like was standing in line for an umbrella & chairs and while standing there people setting up in front of rentals i think 9am is to late to open

Always Fantastic!

Our stay with Destin West was fantastic! Our #V-308 Unit was SUPER clean, nicely designed and the bed and sofa bed were VERY comfortable. And I'm very picky! We absolutely love the lazy river, big pool, hot tubs and the immediate beach access. It was a great value for the fee. Thank you Destin West Staff!! We'll see you again next year. ❤

Great unit!
