Villa 304 includes a kitchenette, breakfast bar, two entertainment centers, and private balcony. The bathroom includes a luxurious bath tub, extra hair dryer, and large walk-in shower. The condo is tiled throughout.

Enjoy free WiFi, daily linen exchange (upon request,) private patio, and tile floor throughout.

Good Vacation Rental

Our stay was great. This is our second time at Destin West. This Villa was nice and great location, the only negatives : dirty pillow case, no broom, toilet kept running and sliding door hard to open. We like the room for the price, so we would stay again! This room was in a great location, not far from the bridge.

Great studio, location for great price

We rented at this complex before because they have great pools, lazy rivers. We have kids (8, 7 years old) so pool is more important than the beach. The condo itself is great for our family. It will be nicer if we can get a beach umbrella and chairs with our rentals. Cook range can be bigger would be good bc it does take longer for us to cook bc the range is too small. Other than that the condo fits our need. We love the location too. 3rd floor so when we get out, we can just cross the bridge to access the pool which is in the other side of the complex.

Destin accommodations

We have stayed here for several years and we have enjoyed it and recommend it. Destin is a beautiful beach location and is probably one of the top three in Florida.

Great location

We loved our condo....especially the location near the walking bridge and the parking garage. I would not recommend using the sofa bed as it was horrible. Literally unsleepable!

Would stay again

Great stay! Only recommendation would be to upgrade mattresses. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. We had to get a air mattress for our son to sleep on. Would give it another try! Great location!

Great Location

This Villa's location is convenient to all amenities offered at Destin West. Also, there is a pick-a-boo view of the ocean and bay. The only negatives, there aren't any rugs in the unit, really no privacy in the bathroom due to the shutters and no washer/dryer. I don't think the floors are mopped daily because our feet were black from walking on them and we hadn't even been to the beach to track any sand into the Villa.
