The Destin West Vacation’s Villa makes any beach vacation complete.

This beachside tropical studio includes chic décor and a private patio.

Villa 303 is located on the Gulf side of Destin West Beach & Bay Resort. This vacation rental includes a kitchenette, breakfast bar, two entertainment centers, and private balcony. The studio is decorated with a chic, tropical theme.

The bathroom includes a luxurious garden tub, extra hair dryer, and large walk-in shower. The condo is tiled throughout. Enjoy free WiFi, daily linen exchange (upon request,) and fresh, salt air off the Gulf Coast on your private patio.

Guests enjoy full access to the beach, bay, swimming pools, jacuzzi spas and lazy river at Destin West.

Filthy room but everything was great

The location of the room was very convenient to the sky bridge and beach, Front desk staff was friendly, lazy river was great, and overall resort location was great. The room was disgusting. However, the front desk staff did have me send pictures to them to hopefully get that issue taken care of for future guests. All seating in the room was so stained and dirty we didn't sit on it during the entire week's stay. My 9 month old grandson was also kept from crawling around because the area rug was disgusting. There were items left in the room from previous guests so it was obviously not properly cleaned prior to our stay.

Enjoyable

It was a first time visit for us. There were 2 of us and we had plenty of room. A full size sofa, kitchen table and chairs, 2 burner stove, small dishwasher, convention oven/microwave combo. and a bathroom with tub, separate shower, vanity, and stool. It had several amenities, 2 Tv's and several amenities.
the cons were that there were some outlets that were not 'hot' or working. there were some areas in the studio room that could have been a little cleaner. But all in all, it was a good place to stay and easily accessible to the beach. Traffic was not too difficult in the area to navigate. (we come from a small town of about 13,000 people).

My 3 time a year villa beach trips

I normally stay in the same villa when I come. I was worried. Fortunately everything was good. Everything is assessable that’s the best part you don’t have to get in your car to go anywhere. Floyd’s is a great place to eat, crab trap 15 years ago was the place, now not so much. Way over priced. I like staying at the Villa because it’s a quiet area and the pool areas are really nice. You can walk out of your room and go to crosswalk to lazy River!

Great Stay, will be back for sure!

We stayed for the week and had a wonderful time. Although we did not require assistance during our stay, the staff was helpful and friendly at check-in, and all other interactions around the property during the week. The location is fantastic, close to Destin, but away from the bustle. Easy walk down the beach or thru the parking lot to the pier shops and restaurants. And we love the option of toes in the sand on one side of the property, or lazy river pool oasis on the other side. This was our 2nd year visiting Destin West and have decided it will be our yearly go-to spot!
