Vacation rental includes private balcony with spiral staircase leading up to a private rooftop patio that has gorgeous views of the Lazy River and Choctawhatchee Bay. The master bedroom features a full size bed, TV and private master bath. Bunkroom has a set of twins and is located near the guest bathroom.

Family room also has a queen size sleeper sofa, along with a Murphy bed TV/DVD. A spacious, fully furnished kitchen complete with side-by-side refrigerator, equipped with ice, ultra-quiet dishwasher, oven with smooth top range and a built in microwave. Washer and dryer in unit and free wi-fi.

Condo guests enjoy resort access to the beach and bay as well as swimming pools and spas on both sides and Lazy River.

Sandpiper PH07

My family always look forward to staying at this resort! Lazy river is a must do. Guest have both access to the ocean & the bay in one great location. Always clean & well maintained.

Great Place

Great experience. We arrived late and got our information to get into the room texted to us which was fantastic after a long drive. Staff was great and attentive. The manager was great, hands on and extremely attentive to issues.

Nice Place to Stay

The condo was clean and had a nice layout. The kitchen was useful. Guests may need to bring dish washing liquid and extra paper towels and drying towels. The bed was comfortable but the light coming in the window at night was very bright - the blinds don't do much to darken the room. The location is good. Rt 98 can be quite busy so having a walkway over the road to the beach is helpful and safer. Nice view from the balcony and a good view of the bay from the penthouse balcony. Lots of parking available.

Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely LOVED the updated penthouse. My kids loved the soft, comfy Murphy bed and I loved the living room/dining layout. Everything felt so fresh and clean. I would love some room darkening curtains in the master so I could sleep past 7am but I just put a T-shirt over my eyes. The grill was a very nice surprise as I didn’t know that would be there. We will absolutely book this condo again! Even the young man that checked us in was so nice and friendly.

The Fun Condo with a Litty Time

The overall experience was good! Our couch for some reason was not able to be pulled out into a bed which made it a little bit of an inconvenience for sleeping, but it was good other than that.

The property rental was much more than we expected. We found there were more activities at Destin West than we have at other rentals, and we hope that we might be able to visit again at some time.

Great for families

Lazy river was a hit with the kids. And the ocean was a very short walk across the read. Our specific unit had a Murphy bed which was a nice surprise and extra sleeping area. My only complaint is that the second hot tub was cold so the one that was working was crammed packed with adults and kids.

Wonderful resort!

This was our second time staying here two years in a row! We absolutely love it. The views are wonderful, the rooms are nice and clean, and the walk to the beach has is pretty easy. There is also a lot of restaurants within walking distance!!

Destin West Bayside Vacay, very nice.

We went in September for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. Our condo was clean and well stocked. The walk to the beach was nice, using the walkway over the highway was very convenient. We loved the lazy river and used it every day.

Better than expected

Very nice and clean. The pool and lazy river was so nice. I really appreciated the staffs attentiveness for the pool rules and curfew times.

Perfect sunrise/sunset views!

This was a last minute booking for us during a very busy time of the year, so we were a little nervous since the unit was still available. However, this unit did not disappoint! The upper balcony was such an added bonus as we love watching the sunrise while we are on vacation.
