This one bedroom, two bathroom condo includes a private balcony overlooking the lazy river and Choctawhatchee Bay. The suite provides a great relaxation space for guests with plenty of privacy.

This vacation rental includes a master en suite, bunk room, living room with queen size sleeper sofa, breakfast bar, full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Each room has its own entertainment center and personal storage. The master en suite is decorated with a comfortable king-size bed, entertainment center, and private bath with a walk-in shower.

The condo offers free WiFi and convenient access to the amenities.

Great place to stay

Our condo was nice, very clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen! Only thing I might Recommend was a tv in the kids room. I thought It might have been an issue, but our older kids ended up watching tv with us and that was nice. Only thing I’d recommend for the resort is something for older kids. Maybe some type of games they could play outside. Everything was really great.

Destin West Sandpiper 303

This is our 2nd time stating at Destin West. Like before, the entire facility is clean and well kept. From the parking lot to the penthouse. Really enjoyed all of the amenities available plus everything we needed (restaurants, beaches, shopping was close by. We go to Destin twice annually and will continue to stay at Destin West.

loved the lazy river and pools!!!
the dishwasher smelled like fish every time you opened it to load it with dishes. maintenance or cleaning staff should run an empty load with vinegar between guests. upon arrival the refrigerator door handle (top) came loose so with tools my husband had we reset and reattached tightening the set screw.
The freezer did not work appropriately and we lost the ice cream we had bought (it turned to soup). I also always double check before leaving that we didn't leave anything behind and it was very dirty under the master bedroom bed, including a plastic ziplock bag left from a previous guest.

Ideal Vacation Experience

Our condo was fantastic, it overlooked the gorgeous pool and lazy river. It was a short walk to the beach, and the staff at check-in was so helpful!

This is our 3rd stay at Destin West. 2 times in the campground. We always enjoy ourselves. WE especially liked balcony of #303. Great view of the pool. We've never been disappointed here. We wouldn't be happy in Destin because it is so built up & busy

We enjoyed the condo we stayed in. It is clean and comfortably furnished. The washer and dryer work great. The view from the deck is gorgeous with all the palm trees and pools. It is easy to get to anywhere you want to go.

Fun in the Sun

No hassle rental. Great location and amenities. Love the beach access and the pools. The Fort Walton Beach area is great for vacation. We go there at least every other year. Hope these are available the rest of my life.

Great stay!!

This was our third stay at Destin West. This was our first stay at this particular condo. It was nice, clean, has everything you’d need in the kitchen. The beach is across the street....The bay is absolutely beautiful and we love the lazy river. We love everything about Destin West. We’re already planning our next vacation here.

A little slice of paradise!

Perfect spot! Rental was clean, the lazy river and pools are great! Just wish the hot tubs were a little more...hot. Location is awesome and the sky bridge allows quick access to the beach, restaurants and other pool facilities. This is our favorite spot to stay!

Great Trip

Relaxing home away from home

Sandpiper 303

We have been coming to Destin West for 13 years, always love our weeks there. The only issue we had was the bunkroom didn't have a TV, bummer for our 13yr old! Called the front desk and spoke with someone on our first day and never heard back. Rechecked the room description online and it did say there was an entertainment center in each room, which is clearly wrong. Would have appreciated a return call that we never received. Also the tub in the main bathroom was constantly backing up. We didn't call about it, so no fault but our own for not addressing it

Pictures online do not give Sandpiper 303 Justice. Beautifully decorated. Very clean. We love Destin West and hope to stay in 303 again soon.
