Great vacation location

Destin West is a great location on one of the nicest beaches in Florida. The views from the beach or bay side are beautiful. This location is within walking distance from 4 ocean front restaurants. Loved the condo we stayed in and the pool and grounds are absolutely beautiful. Great vacation spot.

Family vacation

I really enjoyed my stay. My grandchildren were 2 buildings away and I loved the way we were able to walk around the pool area to get to them in a few minutes. The room was well kept and comfortable. The ceiling fan was falling from the ceiling when we got there in 2nd bedroom and the main men were there early next morning to fix it. Loved going on the pier. Clean area and loved the jetted tub!!

Destination Destin June 2023

We had a fabulous 3 generation family vacation at Destin West. The resort and surrounding area had plenty of amenities. #405 was spacious with beautiful furnishings. Hope to return some time.

Ohio snowbird

Fantastic place to spend a winter. We have enjoyed three different condors at Destin West over the last 18 winters. You won’t find a better place so centered around restaurants, shopping, entertainment and beautiful beaches.

Family time

June 20-25 2022

The condo was very nice and clean there was eight of us and plenty a room for everyone. We have stayed at Destin resorts several times and it’s always a great experience . The kids love all of the pools and you’re close to everything

Nice Resort and Condo

The condo 405 was spotless on arrival. The resort said 4:00 strictly for arrival, but we arrived at 3 prepared to wait and our condo's were ready so they let us right in. The front desk staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful! The condo has everything in it you need for a perfect stay. It was an enjoyable week!!
This condo is very close to the elevators which were wonderful. We never had to wait and everything was very clean.
The ONLY downside to this condo is that the Osprey is on the bay side of the ocean. There is a wonderful walkway over to the beach, but it is a bit of a hike if you have small children or you are elderly or just have a hard time walking long distances. We went over twice and it took every bit of 20 minutes from Condo to Beach. The pool at the resort was very nice and the lazy river was fun! Again, all was very clean!

Great Place, the family enjoyed!!

We absolutely loved our condo. We had 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-11) and everyone enjoyed the stay. The condo is layer out and decorated very nicely and has everything you need to stay the week there! Our family members stayed in two others and ours seemed to have alot more amenities then the other two (a keurig, bathroom soaps, laundry detergent, a beach cart and some toys) we cooked almost all of our meals there and kitchen was well stocked. The balcony had 5 seater table along with a lounger chair. Everything was super clean! Our only downside was the wifi password given to us didnt work but im sure if we needed it the front desk would have rectified this. We absolutely loved the place and plan on booking this same one everytime we go back!!

The music festival, Rock by the Sea, was a great success with Destin West being a huge contributor to that success! From the Lazy River to the stages at Rick's on the Island! FABULOUS!

Ohio Snowbird

First let me say we have been a snowbird at Destin West for 18 winters. We have only had to rent 3 different units during this time. This year’s rental was very difficult. Told we were on a waiting list for a unit due to full capacity. Found our unit ourselves on line. This unit was listed by DW. No call from DW that it was available. Check in for the first time did not go well. Also no mailbox key for condo this year. Had mail sent to DW office. No one ever called to tell us we had mail. Thank goodness no mail was very important.
