This three bedroom, three bathroom condo is a corner unit with an extra large private balcony. Osprey 401 offers exclusive views of the Choctawhatchee Bay that are unobstructed.

This vacation rental includes as master en suite, two guest rooms, living room with queen-size sleeper, full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The master en suite is decorated with a king-size bed, entertainment center, Jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in shower.

The condo offers sweeping views throughout and has convenient access to the amenities. Guests enjoy beach and bay access as well as swimming pools and spas on both sides of the resort as well as the Lazy River!

Simply amazing

This unit is beautiful! I seriously didn’t want to leave. The accommodations were clean and perfect for our family. I also loved it included laundry facilities. The lazy River and beach were a big hit but honestly I also enjoyed just relaxing in the unit. Front desk were great too. Overall A+

We love Destin West!

We have been coming to Destin West for almost ten years. This last time we stayed in Osprey 401. All of the condos are fabulous. Great size, clean and convenient to pools and beach. Check in and check out are easy. Affordable and I love the communication you get right up to your stay.

WOW! What a great find!

Attending the Rock by the Sea charity event is something that we have done for years. This year, being the first year in Okaloosa Island was the BEST! In large part because Destin West was right next door, clean, a LAZY RIVER, and did I say RIGHT NEXT DOOR!! As long as Rock by the Sea is there, we'll be there in Okaloosa...and hopefully Destin West.

February 2021 vacation

It was a great place to stay the weather was beautiful the condo was nice and spacious. The staff in the office was very pleasant and helpful. If there was any issue at all in the condo they would come fix it right away. Very beautiful property easy access to the beach to the workout room. The only negative was in the third bedroom where the two sets of bunkbeds were the bottom bunk that was a full-size just needs a new mattress that’s it.

Spacious and Beautiful!

We were very happy with this super large condo. My husband, daughter and 3 grandkids had plenty of space. The outside deck was amazing!

Osprey #401

Great space and nice location. HOWEVER, this condo definitely could use some updating in decor and more lighting. We could hardly see in the evening due to NO ceiling lights nor adequate lighting in the family room and dining room. And the bunk room .
Would highly suggest adding ceiling lights in these areas as there’s already electrical work available on the ceiling for this to be completed. Also would recommend additional flat pans or broiler type pans for cooking would be helpful. We will stay at Destin West again but not in this particular condo due to the poor lighting in the unit.
