Heron 406 provides a panoramic view of the bayou and lazy river. There's plenty of privacy in the three bedroom, two bathroom condo. Just steps away from our 700-foot lazy river, this vacation rental will make your Florida dream vacation complete.

Heron 406 includes a large dining room, full kitchen with in-unit washer and dryer, a private balcony, two guestrooms, and a master en suite. The master en suite includes a king-size bed, double vanity, garden tub, large walk-in shower, and unbelievable views with private balcony access. The guestrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and set of bunk beds respectively. Each room has its own entertainment center and storage.

This condo offers unique views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and a wrap-around balcony. Additional amenities include free WiFi and convenient access to our lazy river and many pools.

Attending Rock by the Sea

We love the proximity to Rick's on the Island more than anything. The charity event held there the last two years is so much fun! The Lazy River is quite the perk though, we will go where Rock by the Sea goes! The condos are lovely!

A peaceful getaway

Only one t.v. worked. None of the remotes matched the tvs. We always enjoy the lazy river, pools and beach. We will return!

We’ll Be Back

Our stay at Destin West was fabulous! We attend the charity event at Rick’s on Island that is already scheduled for next year! See you in May if not before! The condo was great! The Lazy River divine!

Great Stay

Had a great time staying at Destin West. The unit was clean, spacious, and one of the nicer rental units I've stayed at anywhere. All of the pools were open and clean. I will likely stay here again in the future.

Great condo! Lots of space, well decorated, comfy beds!

Perfect Condo

This is by far the most well-stocked condo I've ever stayed! We have a large family and need to cook to save - every kitchen item you could ever need is here. Perfectly clean, great location. Listing doesn't say, but bottom bunk is double so I put 3 kids in bunk room comfortably.

Destin West Heron #406

The whole room was very spacious. Lovely place to stay. The rental was misleading since it said it was a three bedroom unit. One of the bedrooms didn't have a closet or drawers to put your clothes in. I don't consider this three rooms without it.
