Gulf 616 is a two bedroom, two bathroom tropical oasis perfect for relaxing after a long day on the water or out in town. The private wrapping balcony provides exclusive views of the emerald Gulf of Mexico with access throughout the condo.

The master en suite includes a private balcony, king-size bed, a double vanity, garden tub, and walk in shower. This vacation rental also includes a guest room with upgraded king-size bed, a bunk room with a set of bunk beds, and a furnished kitchen with in-unit washer and dryer. The living room includes private balcony access, a queen-size sleeper sofa, an open-concept design, and stereo sound. Each room includes its own entertainment center and storage.

This unit is tiled throughout and includes free Wi-Fi.

Fantastic Vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation to Destin West and our texts were responded too almost immediately. Only complaints are the dryer took a long time even with little amounts clothes but didn’t ruin my day:) They should have a smaller vacuum to pick up sand . Vacuum didn’t seem to want to pick it up. Close to food and pools were nice. Fireworks from our balcony was a bonus. Beds were comfy and so much room in this condo. Destin was nice as well but glad we stayed on the beach. Would definitely rent and stay in this particular condo again.

Great location, nice condos

Our condo was nice and roomy, loved the space and the balcony. Our only real complaint was that the floors were not very clean, your feet would be black after walking around barefoot. I know tile floors are hard to keep clean, but seemed like they hadn’t been mopped in a while. The pool and beach were awesome and felt very secure there. Loved that they had a garage so you didn’t have to worry about parking.

The condo was great.

We had no complaints about our condo except for the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in months and the rugs. The bottom of our feet was BLACK! I did let the front office know so that they could get someone to mop them correctly. Other than that beautiful view, plenty of room for 8.

Summer vacation

The property location is great and has lots of amenities such as multiple pools and a lazy River. We were within walking distance to several restaurants which was great. We stayed Gulfside which was very convenient for the days we spent on the beach.

Gulf side #616

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is great with beautiful views of the gulf. The lazy river is very relaxing and The Grotto next door has a cool swim up bar.
Our unit needs much updating. One sliding glass door did not lock, very limited silverware and rust on some pieces, furniture is worn, and clothes dryer sounds like it's dying.
The beach has so many rental chairs/umbrellas the view is obstructed since you must sit behind them and there is not much room behind them for too many guests.
