Each room includes its own entertainment center and storage. The coastal updated living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa with one-of-a-kind views and plenty of natural light.

Gulf front condo is West facing for gorgeous sunset views and fireworks during the season. Enjoy full access to the resort's private beach and bay, 7 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs and Lazy River as well as fitness center.

Beautiful condo with Beutiful View

Great family vacation

This property was very nice and had plenty of space for us for the week.The view from the balcony was amazing and couldn’t have been any better. The decorations were a nice touch. We love being able to walk to eat, shop, the beach, pool, and even renting a boat and jet skis right next door.
I would recommend a new dryer, it took 2-3 times before drying even small loads of laundry. The condo was surface clean, but as far as dusting I am not sure that they are completing that. There was quite a bit of dust build up on the light fixtures and walls.

Destin West Top Floor Fun

What a wonderful time! Condo was very clean, well stocked and the perfect amount of space for a family of 4. Access to the lazy river across the sky bridge was a breeze.
The beach was amazing and having the free umbrella and chairs setup saved 50.00 a day in rental. The top floor view of the beach and Thursday fireworks show were fantastic. We highly recommend staying here!!

5th year family holiday

This is our 4th time staying in our condo. We absolutely love it. The amenities are great, the convenient location is great. And we come the same time every year and love how family oriented and not crowded it is. We will be back next year!!

What A View!! Spectacular!

We stayed for a week. This unit has everything you need. Kitchen was equipped, close to the beach, very clean, wish we could have stayed longer.

Another awesome stay at Destin west

Had another awesome stay at destin west for the fourthyear in a row! Beautiful views of the gulf. Great lazy river. Excellent variety of pools and hot tubs. Everything is very well kept. Only complaint were the pillows(which we should bring our own but would be nice if they had better ones). Also the updated grills on the gulf side. The two enclosed were pretty good. There's a triple one that it takes two to raise and lower. Which really only lets one family grill at a time unless everyone wants thier grate at the same level. Horrible design. Otherwise we had an amazing stay. Well be back next year!

Gorgeous beaches

The condo was great. Stunning views of the Gulf and pristine beaches. It came with everything we needed - washer / dryer, kitchen ware etc. Also came with two beach chairs and an umbrella. Our only gripe was the state of the trash room - it was a mess and stayed that way for days. The elevators also looked like they needed some repair. Other than that, the location was excellent. Plenty to see and do, great restaurants and activities for the whole family.

Very nice condominium

This condo was very tastefully decorated and included everything you need in the kitchen. The surrounding area - not so great. It's named Destin West, but is really in Fort Walton Beach - which isn't great.

Perfect Location

This condo is in the perfect location! Easy access to beach, pools, restaurants , and a fun zone. Nice décor and clean. This only request I would suggest is to purchase a gel topper for the king; very hard.

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay. We had plenty of room. The condo has a master with a king size bed. A little room with bunk beds and a second bathroom. The condo also has a pull out couch! Beautiful condo with a beautiful location.

Beach Vacay

A few things we wish we had known:
You have to line up by 8:15 a.m. to get beach set-up in the front row near the water.
None of the pools were heated. They were very cold. We had read that there were reciprocal privileges at The Island next door. But Destin West office told us that was no longer true. Yet we inquired at The Island about a day pass several days in and were told it was true. They had one heated pool we could have been enjoying for days! Disappointing!
Also, only one working elevator during entire stay.

Great vacation

Very nice property, great ocean view, close to restaurants and shopping, about 15 min. drive to Destin. Owner was very easy to work with and the condo was very clean. We enjoyed our two weeks there but will need to rent a different condo next time as she only rents for two weeks. We be returning next year for a month.

Nice Condo!

This was our third time at Destin West and the overall best condo of our three trips. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need and a few extras. Working with the owner was easy and she was very responsive to our questions. Lots to do on property with multiple pools and the lazy river, plus the beach with the chairs included. Easy walk to the boardwalk to restaurants and shops. Location allows for easy in and out to avoid much of the Destin traffic in peak season.
