Beautiful as always. Floors still need mopped. They turn your feet and shoes black. other than that the stay is always very nice.

The unit needed some maintenance to improve cosmetic issues such as peeling paint on several doors and walls. The double hook on back of master bedroom door was pulled out and just hanging. The hall bathroom shower needed ceramic tile repaired in floor of shower. The cleanliness of the unit was not the greatest as both drains in the master bathroom needed to be cleaned out to drain better. There was no bar hand soap in either of the two bathrooms, just sample shampoo and conditioner. When this was reported to the front desk, no action was taken to remedy the situation and no explanation given as to why.The large swimming pool and the lazy river were dirty most of the time, even in the morning when the filter should have cleaned the pool overnight. We have stayed in this unit before and feel that we will be looking for another unit for future visits.

We have stayed here six times and we love coming here because it is a quiet place that right on the beach and has great swimming pools and a lazy river. There are restaurants nearby and it's the best place to go to relax and the best value for the money

We had a great week in this condo. The location is close to the beach and an elevator. The view doesn't get any better. You can see the beach, bay, and Destin. The condo was very clean upon arrival. A few dishes weren't the cleanest, but I blame previous vacationers for that. The exhaust fan in the master bathroom had a bunch of grossness in it, hanging down. And the dishwasher clogged up and didn't drain the one time we used it. The office staff were easy to reach and sent maintenance for the dishwasher. Overall a great spot. You can't beat the view. Would rent again.

We had a very nice time, the beach was beautiful and ocean so clear. You could see the dolphins swimming in the ocean daily on the balcony. The pool and lazy river was very nice. Location was great, walkable restaurants and entertainment. The condo was efficient, amazing views, and was nice to hear the ocean all the time. The only bad thing in this condo was the outdated showers. They are moldy, tile and shower head are old. For as high cost they are asking for they need a remodeled. There was a leak in the ceiling in the second bedroom by the front door that had not been addressed since the last review had mentioned it. The beds we're comfortable. I would stay there again if the showers were updated.

3rd time staying in this unit. Can't beat the view but the unit is looking worn out. We were happy to see the unit freshly painted and new sinks and solid surface countertops. Hopefully the improvements will continue.

If you don't enjoy watching beautiful sunrises while sipping on coffee in the morning and viewing spectacular sunsets from your balcony in the evening, then stay home. If you enjoy pelicans soaring just above the waves and watching dolphin jump as they search for breakfast each day, then this location in a MUST for you! The staff was wonderful, welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Great time and a great value.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place we stayed at was really nice although there was some mold in the second bathroom. Loved that the rental included a set of beach chairs and umbrella. One thing that bothered me was the bar height table and chairs out on the balcony. Seems very dangerous if a toddler was to crawl up on one of those chairs, could easily tumble over. Would highly recommend getting a new lower set. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in this building for the past 4 years, but in different units. This one has a wonderful full view of the beach and ocean, and you can view both sunrise and sunset from the balcony which is what we wanted. Everything functioned well and check in and out was easy as it always has been. Beach service was included which is a plus. You do have to get down to the beach early some days to get a good spot. This unit had 2 bedrooms and bunk beds next to the front door. Some of the furniture, especially the living room, is a touch dated and has seen some wear, but functional and comfortable. Everything in the kitchen worked well. There were some water marks on the ceiling, likely from the last hurricane, and the closest elevator was not working, which took away a bit of convenience- options were using the stairs or walking down to the other elevator. The pools were in great condition and wonderful, it is nice having so many options including the lazy river. In the past, we have had access to the Island next door in the past, but that is not the case anymore apparently.

It was good as always. My family and friends rent condo's there every year since it was built. NOT BEING ABLE TO GO THROUGH THE GATE TO THE HOTEL-BEACH-RESTAURANT IS A REAL INCONVENIENCE!!!! USE THE CODE LOCK LIKE ALWAYS BEFORE.

Beautiful complex with great amenities. Plenty of room in the condo and a brand new high top table and chairs on our balcony. Pots and pans could use an upgrade, but if that's all there is to complain about, it's a pretty fabulous place. The view is incredible and the staff friendly and accommodating. A shout out to David, the handyman, for fixing any problem we had very quickly. Great vacation! Highly recommend!
