Great Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation. We arrived at noon and we were able to check in as our room was ready. Check in was great and easy. The overall property was very well maintained...we saw the gentlemen spending hours everyday cleaning the pools and hot tubs. The beach service was fantastic and well organized. The actual room was okay. It was clean but could really use a deep clean. There was layers of dust on pictures and baseboards and all the grout in the bathrooms was peeling off and moldy. Both sliding doors need to be replaced...the one in the living room took all your strength to open and the one in the bedroom didn't close. There was a one inch gap which is letting a lot of hot air in as well as noise from people in the hot tub below. Overall it was good. The kitchen had all the things you would need.

Buss Spring Break

Room was clean and nice. Disappointing that we register our car/license plate and then get a nasty note on our car that they are going to tow it. Destin West did not provide a sticker. Wouldn't it be easier to simply look up the cars in the garage and see if they match what's already been registered.

Love Destin West

Nicely decorated and lots of room. Loved the balcony furniture. Prob not specific to this unit as I stayed in another unit the previous year but I think they could do more or a deep clean. We had sand on the bath mats. Wash the comforters in between guests.

Nice room that’s strategically located

Nice room that overlooks the hot tub and has very convenient access to the parking deck. The new patio furniture is nice, the beds are comfortable and a large flat screen TV

Beautiful and clean

My came down for spring break. The condo is bigger than I expected, clean, and beautiful. The balcony overlooks the big pool and the gulf. It was so relaxing sitting out there every morning and evening. We will definitely be back.

Vacation in Paradise

Peaceful and wonderful. The condo is in need of some updates. The refrigerator and dishwasher both leaked water. Also needs a good cleaning. The sliding glass doors need worked on. The one in the bedroom keeps coming off the track and the one in the living room is hard to open and close.
The overall experience was wonderful. Hope to return next year.

Beachtime

We had a great time getting together with all the family after a long time not being able to travel to the USA from Holland. The apartment we stayed in made us feel really at the beach. Great decorations and complete Kitchen and nice bedrooms. Great vieuw from the balkony.

Emerald Coast

The room was very nice, clean and staff was accommodating. The ice maker did not work and we had some difficulty with the initial access to the room with a 30 min delay. Otherwise it was a great experience as always with Destin West Condo.

Decent Stay

As usual, condo in a good location with great amenities. Condo was nice and comfortable. I will say the bedspreads were in need of cleaning. The master bedspread left a residue on your hands when passed over. I took it upon myself to wash the bedspread to not be grossed out all week. The upholstered furniture was starting to feel a little gross too. This was our fourth stay at Destin West, and while we love the amenities and beach access, we feel the overall physical plant of the complex is starting to be in need of sprucing up (paint/updating the condos/elevators consistently out).

Great Stay, Great Location

Great rental. Clean and had everything you could possibly need.
The only issue was some of the check in staff were a little short when being asked questions. Other than that we had a blast and will be back.
