Just a few steps from the sand, this tastefully decorated unit has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and lagoon style pool. The master en suite features its own entertainment center and luxury tub. A separate bunk room features, twin-size bunk beds, and flat-screen TV.

The great room which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico has a queen-size deluxe sleeper sofa and its own entertainment center. Living room furniture updated 2023. The unit comes with free Wi-Fi and Direct TV. Several family games and DVDs are in the unit.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities as well as a Keurig coffee maker (drip coffee maker also available), a Breville toaster oven, a large party blender and bar tools, and glasses. The unit also contains a stackable washer/dryer.

This unit is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.

A good Christmas Stay Away

Our unit on the third floor was in good condition and clean. We stayed for four nights. This kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to prepare a full Christmas meal there.

Good convenient location

Overall stay was nice. Location great. Having the pedestrian bridge was helpful to get to either side of the road. Did not appreciate having to run out and buy dish soap and coffee filters— 2 things any condo should provide! Master bathroom needed a fresh coat of paint and to be scrubbed! Other living areas were in fine condition.

2022 Vacation!

Overall we loved every aspect of the trip and the resort. The only issue I had was the beach chair process I personally feel that 9:00am is too late to get a chair. I was standing in line from 8:15-9:00 one morning and still didn’t get a front row chair.

Our Destin West stay

We had a great experience staying at Destin West. We liked that we were very close to the beach and also it was very easy to use all of the pools and the lazy river. We had some maintenance required during our stay at the condo and they corrected the problem very quickly. One thing that was a little disappointing was the amount of beach chairs and umbrellas that are set up each day on the beach. They block your view of the water when you're on the beach and it's hard to walk between them. This was the only area that we saw so many chairs placed on the beach. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back. Great location.

Nice Resort!

We were in Gulfside 305. The owners were very friendly and our condo came with beach service which was great! Very clean, easy beach access!

Great location and great amenities

Great location on the gulf side yet having access to the lazy river on the bay side. Note to others-- the top bunk bed is very close to the ceiling. We were a group of adults (40ish and above) and no one wanted to crawl up the ladder into such a tight spot to sleep. Not trying to be negative, just trying to leave useful info for others. Otherwise, the room was great!
