Description

This Gulf front one bedroom, two bathroom bungalow includes a spacious veranda walking out to the lagoon pool. You will be able to enjoy your morning cup of coffee with fresh air off the Gulf of Mexico and direct access to our lagoon pool with a few short steps.

In addition to your master en suite with king size bed, Gulf 113 includes a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. A private bunk room is included with an entertainment center and bunk beds. A dining room, bunk room, and warm family room with queen size sleeper sofa provide plenty of private relaxation space after a long day on the beach or on our famous lazy river.

Free Wifi included. Gulf 113 guests have access to Fitness Center, Gulf, Bay, Swimming Pools and Spas on both Gulfside and Bayside and Lazy River.

Beach beautiful

Loved location and condo was nice just not very clean.

It was adequate

Unit was clean for the most part but some areas needed attention. Living room furniture was needing replaced. The sliding glass door is RIDICULOUSLY hard to open and close. This is the reason I would not stay in this unit again. Why this door hasn't been fixed is beyond me!Nice location. I love Destin West! (Not this unit)

Great Resort

We stayed a week in Destin West Gulfside and it was amazing. The only two issues we had was that we could barely get the sliding door open or closed. The King bed mattress needs to be replaced as it is very saggy. Other than that the unit was amazing and we loved the ground floor so we could walk straight out to the hot tub and pool area.

Very Nice Room

WE had a group of 43 that stayed in seven rooms throughout the resort. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The door was troublesome at times but all the doors seem to have issues here. Location was great, restaurants within walking distance if you don't want to rent a car you don't need to. This room is close to the hot tub and large pool, the heated pool is just outside the hallway door so location of the unit is great too.

Love Destin West

This was my 5th year being a snowbird in this unit. I love the condo. It is always clean. The kitchen is well supplied. The bed is very comfortable. I have two suggestions. The bunk bed mattresses need to be replaced. You can feel every spring, very uncomfortable. Also the couch needs to be replaced. The cushions are totally flat making it very uncomfortable.

Must stay for volleyball week

Convenient location, friendly staff, well maintained, and plenty of space to hang with your friends and family! This particular unit is just outside of the hot tub, too!

Best Location!

It's our 3rd year at Destin West, our 2nd time staying in #113, and this particular unit's location is amazing. The staff is attentive and present. There are some things in the unit that need attention - Refrigerator door shelf is missing, sliding door to outside is difficult to open and won't open all the way, the King mattress is sunken in, and the table outside only has 3 chairs. It'd be nice to have a table that can fit 6, which is what the capacity of the unit is. But we'll be back - we absolutely love it here!

Snow Bird from Mi.

After spending 4 weeks at St Pete Beach, we met some friends at this resort for our final week of vacation during the first week of March. Our condo was very well appointed and we loved being on the first floor with the large patio. Needless to say, we didn't have the warm weather we were accustomed to in St Pete, but we enjoyed a very relaxing week. We also preferred the beaches of St Pete. If we came here again, we would come later in the winter when the weather is warmer.
