The room worked for us pretty well. The bed was comfortable enough. The pull out couch has an extra mattress top which helped my kid.
If you are planning on cooking then this probably isn’t your place. The stove was probably original. Fridge and microwave work well. Bathroom was clean. Toilet hissed but we ignored it. It wasn’t a huge deal and I am sure it’s been fixed by now. We didn’t bother telling management.
Balcony was big. Not much of a view but we knew that going in.
Thing you need to know is this is the last unit before the walkway across the bridge to the other side of the road. It can be noisy but usually not an issue.
Super close to the garage which made it easy to load and unload the car. Overall it was a good place. Nothing fancy but it worked for us.

We love staying at the Destin West property. We typically stay on the bay side, so this was our first time staying on the beach side. Villa 310 was perfect for my family of 3. It was very convenient to the beach and close to the pedestrian bridge that brings you to the bay side to enjoy the lazy river and other amenities. A couple of things about our room that weren't so great is that the balcony doesn't have a beach view, it's facing Hwy 98 and the parking lot, so you can hear the traffic through the night. Bring a fan if you're a light sleeper. The vacuum that's provided in the room didn't work and there was no broom to sweep up the traveling beach sand, so it made the tile floors very slippery. Overall, we would stay at this property again.

It was great, the only thing is my grandaughters slept on the couch bed and they complained of the traffic noise when trying to sleep.

All was just great. They condo was clean and location was great. We were right in the middle of the 2 complexes. You really cannot see the gulf from the balcony but the balcony size makes up for that. Huge. We would definitely stay here again.
The only thing was IF there were suppose to be coffee filters and dishwashing soap there were none. We used paper towels for the filter and just rinsed our plates after each meal.

This was an excellent place to stay I have 2 little girls that had an absolute blast. The pools were so much fun for all of us, especially at night with the lights. If you have little ones this is the place to stay!

Just what we needed. Comfy bed plenty of room for the 2 of us. Washer and dryer could use an upgrade. They made lots of noise but was glad to have them. We did miss having an oven but we made due. Condo is very convenient to parking and the over walk to the bay side and lazy river. Definitely will stay here again.

Great experience. Condo could’ve been cleaner; for example, the floors were filthy, if you walked barefoot you had black feet; there was dust and dust bunnies on the blinds, top of fridge, and under the bed. Resort property and location were perfect. Appreciated security on sight monitoring to ensure only guests and owners were using facilities.
