Welcome to the ultimate luxury oasis at Destin West Beach. Osprey Lanai #3 is a 2500 square foot three bedroom, three bathroom suite that has marble flooring throughout. Enjoy magnificent views of Choctawhatchee Bay from the oversized, private panoramic balcony. Spacious and accommodating for entertaining with private hot tub and grill on enclosed patio.

Two Master suites with King sized beds and third bedroom with Full sized bed. Each bedroom includes TV/ Entertainment Center. Additional bunk room with (2) Twin sized beds. Open and spacious layout. The décor in this unique vacation rental is inspired by a classical theme with a warm coastal palette.

Overlooking Bay and Resort Lazy River and Osprey Private Pool. Guests enjoy full access to beach, bay and swimming pools and spas on both bayside and gulfside of the resort.

We had another week of total enjoyment and relaxation. The only problem was we called the office on Sunday and reported a ceiling fan issue. We never did see the maintenance man. The owners pay for your services. That was a little disheartening. But we had a great week in the pools, lazy river, dock fishing, and the weather was great.

This is a really large unit. 2 king bedrooms suites with on-suite bathrooms, 3rd bedroom with queen bed connected to hall bathroom and small bunkroom in hallway. good size kitchen, large family room and separate dining area. the patio is huge (it's bigger than some entire condo's we've stayed in). Has it's own garage under it that connects to the patio. Hot tub was not working while we were there, called maintenance but they we unable to fix - bummer for the teenage girls since they really love using a hot tub. We've stayed at Destin West 4 times , each time in a different unit. All units have been good but this one is the best by far. Love the location of Destin West.

We totally enjoyed our two week stay in this condo. However, with the absence of security Bayside there was a lot of glass bottles and drinking in the lazy river. Guests can’t read and follow signs. BUT, my granddaughters and grown kids had a great time. We did have the air conditioning break down for a few days but it is ready for the next guests. We do love this condo and the owners are very accommodating as well. It is equipped with everything you can think of. We were missing a pizza cutter but bought one and left it. The king mattresses are starting to show some wear but overall we will definitely be back next year. Highly recommend.

We did our first Adult kid family vacation. We had a blast and the Granddaughter loved the spacious balcony. Hurricane Michael caused us to depart 4 days early for safety. We appreciated the condo and the grounds of Destin West. We are looking forward to another visit next year and pray that the weather cooperates.

Pros: The place is huge, 3 bed 3 bath and dining inside and out. Views of the bay are very nice with lots of windows. The owner was very attentive and communicated well (super nice guy).

Cons: *Not on owner, Destin west office did not send door code for entry until after we tracked them down before they left for the day (after 4pm). The door code also didn't work after the second day there so we got locked out for a minute. Maintenance did not have the hot tub cleaned up for us. Propane tank was not filled, luckily the neighbor allowed us to cook on their grill and the owner assisted with an additional tank as needed.

Overall good week, nice place, would recommend to larger parties coming in that like space. Check in early as possible, and double check the space is ready before 4pm so that if something is not ready you can address in a timely matter during the office hours.

We had a great time at Destin West. We had more than enough rom in the condo and the patio was exceptionally nice and roomy. The staff was a delight to work with and was very helpful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We have been coming to Destin West for the last 6 years and have always enjoyed our stay.
We love the connivence of having the pontoon rental place right next door and the bay and lazy river right out of our back door.
Over all it was a great stay and we really enjoyed it.

When we walked into the room we were shocked at how big it was. It is a beautiful unit. The only thing we didn't like was the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms don't lock and the garage opener was no where to be found, not a big deal. The place was not as clean as I would like, the floors make your feet black, but the views and the size of the unit makes it all worth it. The owners are so nice too. We would definitly stay here again.

This was our 3rd time staying at Destin West, but the first for this room. We loved the location and the size. It has everything you need to cook. They have extra items like fans, pack n play, high chair and some beach items. I wished the lanai had direct access to the pool area, but I would suggest putting in a keypad for the garage so you can leave through the garage and be able to get back in easily. We had an issue with a TV with no sound while we were there. All the TVs really need to be upgraded. We can't wait to return next year.
*The elevator for the crosswalk was not working while we were there and that was not fun, but not the owner of the room's fault.

Oh how my mom would have been in love. This unit is beautiful! You could hang out on the deck the entire time. The view is amazing. The unit itself was perfect! I could’ve stayed forever. The owner and staff were nice and helpful. We always love to eat at pier it’s so yummy! You just can’t beat this place!

Great location with lots of amenities with access to the Bay, the Beach, a Lazy River, multiple pools, hot tubs, and even a neighboring property, The Island. This condo is huge, beautiful inside with a great view of the Bay and the Lazy River. The spilt level patio is massive. You might want to bring extra bath towels, not enough are provided. The gas grille was very dirty inside with an empty propane tank. Overall a great place to stay.
