This three bedroom, three bathroom condo is a corner unit with an extra large private balcony. Osprey 401 offers exclusive views of the Choctawhatchee Bay that are unobstructed.

This vacation rental includes as master en suite, two guest rooms, living room with queen-size sleeper, full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The master en suite is decorated with a king-size bed, entertainment center, Jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in shower.

The condo offers sweeping views throughout and has convenient access to the amenities. Guests enjoy beach and bay access as well as swimming pools and spas on both sides of the resort as well as the Lazy River!

This condo is beautiful! Lots of space, clean and lots of extra room in closets for storage. 3 full bathrooms, bunk room for kids, King beds in the other two bedrooms. 3 balconies. Great views!

We had a PHENOMENAL time in our condo Osprey #401 ! It was extremely spacious, great views of the bay and from one of the rooms a great view of the ocean. The only two things that would have made the experience even better would have been:#1. Better lighting throughout the condo. The dinning room, living room and the bedrooms, had no ceiling fans with lights & this would have added the lighting that we needed. It is very dark to our liking in the evening. #2. Having hanging hooks behind the bedroom and bathroom doors to hang our towels and bathing suites since we can not hang them outside due to the rules. The Lazy River and Pool were also amazing! Our kids had a great time and loved we could walk over to the beach in a safe manner with the bridge. Thank you for making our 1st visit to Destin so memorable, comfortable and convenient! We will definitely come back to stay at the Destin West Vacations!

This unit is beautiful! I seriously didn’t want to leave. The accommodations were clean and perfect for our family. I also loved it included laundry facilities. The lazy River and beach were a big hit but honestly I also enjoyed just relaxing in the unit. Front desk were great too. Overall A+

We have been coming to Destin West for almost ten years. This last time we stayed in Osprey 401. All of the condos are fabulous. Great size, clean and convenient to pools and beach. Check in and check out are easy. Affordable and I love the communication you get right up to your stay.

Attending the Rock by the Sea charity event is something that we have done for years. This year, being the first year in Okaloosa Island was the BEST! In large part because Destin West was right next door, clean, a LAZY RIVER, and did I say RIGHT NEXT DOOR!! As long as Rock by the Sea is there, we'll be there in Okaloosa...and hopefully Destin West.

If there was any issue at all in the condo they would come fix it right away. Very beautiful property easy access to the beach to the workout room. The only negative was in the third bedroom where the two sets of bunkbeds were the bottom bunk that was a full-size just needs a new mattress that’s it.

Great space and nice location. HOWEVER, this condo definitely could use some updating in decor and more lighting. We could hardly see in the evening due to NO ceiling lights nor adequate lighting in the family room and dining room. And the bunk room .
Would highly suggest adding ceiling lights in these areas as there’s already electrical work available on the ceiling for this to be completed. Also would recommend additional flat pans or broiler type pans for cooking would be helpful. We will stay at Destin West again but not in this particular condo due to the poor lighting in the unit.
