Description

Wake up to beautiful sunrise views in the master suite which includes a king-size bed, double vanity garden tub, large walk-in shower and balcony access. One guestroom is furnished with a full size bed, and the second guest room includes two sets of bunk beds. Large living room includes a large sectional sofa and stereo sound. Entertainment centers and storage is included in each room.

Additional amenities include a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, free WiFi, and convenient access to the lazy river and pools. Heron 308 guests enjoy both beach and bay access. NEW vinyl flooring installed October 2024.

The condo was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Great views. Easy to get to the beach. Walking distance to just about everything!

The lazy river and pools are awesome! There’s changing lights in all the waters, it looks amazing at night! The Grounds were beautiful and kept very clean! Which is very appreciated!
Your kids will love it! It is a bit of a walk to the beach/ but we never waited long for the elevators. A wagon is a GREAT thing to have! You have access to pool by beach if you’re staying by lazy river on ‘the bay side’. You can put up a canopy in designated areas.
The condo is pretty roomy. We had enough space. we shared the master bath because it was plenty spacious and had a walk in closet.
The negatives- Im not sure why none of the doors have locking knobs..??? The master bath where the toilet is- has an actual hole cut out where the lock was… when you have a place that sleeps 8-10 you need locking doors.. it was definitely quite inconvenient.
Description says storage in each room, there’s no dressers or chests in any of the 3 bedrooms- only closets. I didn’t see a pull out in the couch... I may have not understood how it worked, but didn’t see anything under the cushions. The kitchen was stocked good. Fridge has ice maker. The sliding door is super hard to slide.
But over all is was a super nice place to stay-
* definitely NEEDS locks on beds & baths! Would consider returning.

The property was great - condo and other property amenities were clean and safe. The only thing that was a drawback and would make me reconsider staying here next time is smoking is allowed on the balconies. When our neighbors smoked, the smell made our balcony unusable.
