The Destin West Vacation’s Villa makes any beach vacation complete.

This beachside nautical themed condo includes gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Villa 306 includes a kitchenette, breakfast bar, two entertainment centers, and private balcony. The bathroom includes a luxurious bath tub, extra hair dryer, and large walk-in shower. Condo is tiled throughout.

Enjoy free WiFi, daily linen exchange (upon request) and tile floor throughout. Villa 306 guests enjoy complimentary beach service.

Guests enjoy full access to the beach, bay, swimming pools, jacuzzi spas and lazy river at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort.

We took a mini trip and enjoyed everything about our visit. The staff was so friendly, the condo was comfortable and the amenities are fantastic. Great place to get away from it all yet be close to everything!

Pros: easy walk to huge pool and beach, access to lazy river & more pools across bridge, family atmosphere, roomy deck, nice condo, roomy bathroom, good hot water, free parking close to condo
Cons: closer to Fort Walton, 3-5 mile drive from heart of Destin, confusion on how/where to get required wristbands; condo could use new sliding glass door, needs new bedding/throw pillows/rug to look newer, refrigerator needs to be cleaned on the outside (first thing I noticed)

We were in town for 4 days at a music festival at the place right beside the condo. Great location for that. As far as the general property goes, it was great. Loved it. Here are the negatives. There is not much food in walking distance of you want to change up the menu. There are places to go, they are good, but only a couple are very easy to get to. Checking in.... it does not start until 4pm even if your room is empty. Those are the rules so we just work with that... although I have never ever been denied a early check in anywhere but here. Keep in mind, they ate just following the rules. We were in room 306 villa. This one is getting a little worn. It is obvious spring break is hard on the furniture.. they are full of debts and scrapes. The bed needs a new mattress. This one sags in the middle. The refrigerator is rusty from all the Florida humidity. It works, but does not look the best. The biggest issue is the sliding patio door.. it takes two men and a small kid to open it. We called the desk and sent a guy over the next day to fix it. He sprayed lube on it but that did nothing. It is still a mess. We are not getting this room again after seeing some of the others where everything is up to date, and in great shape. For the money I paid, u will try it another unit and see what happens

I loved the Destin West Community. The condo rental was as described, my only complaint is the bed. The mattress is in bad shape and it did not allow for a good night's sleep.

This was my first time staying not only on the gulf side but also the villas. They were roomier than I expected! Even without having a washer/dryer I went to the front desk and requested more towels and sheets and later that night they were hand delivered to our room! Not much privacy for a group to stay in but slept 4 comfortably with the 2 queen beds!
